Private and Open Online Sessions

A mixture of  functional movements and traditional pilates exercises designed to make you feel fitter, stronger and more flexible.

Even online you can improve your posture, alignment, spine mobility, flexibility, coordination and balance. You can strengthen your upper and lower body and improve your core stability too.

 

I teach essential and intermediate mat exercises as well as a combination of seated and standing essential stretch sessions.

And new for 2025... am now offering Yoga sessions too x

Private online sessions can be booked as 1 to 1 or as a small group of friends. Work packages are also avaliable.

Gentle Breath & Core Mat Monday 8.30am (30min) £6

Seated Stretch Tuesday 8.30am (30mins) £6

 Standing, Seated, Mat Pilates; Wednesday Well-Being Club 9am (45mins) £6

Yoga Flow Thursdays 8.30am (30 mins) £6

 Classical Pilates Friday 8am  (30mins) £6

£6 a session or £10 for 2
