Classical mat exercises, essential or intermediate level, using small equipment, balls, bands, fitness circles, rollers and light weights.

 

Options for standing and seated Pilates are available for essential stretching and mobility, perfect for keeping your spine mobile, good for posture, flexibility and strength. 

 

Pilates is for grown-ups who want to improve their overall health and fitness. Programmes are designed to improve posture, alignment, core, spine mobility, flexibility, coordination, balance, strength in upper and lower body and well being.  These are carefully designed workouts with a mixture of  functional movements and traditional pilates exercises.

Join others for essential or Intermediate Pilates open to all. Posture, balance, coordination, spine mobility, upper and lower body strength, core and well being.
