Welcome to Pilates for life - Based in North London

Pilates For Life sessions are designed to help children and adults of all abilities be fit for whatever it is they need to do in their life. This will be different for everyone. 

Flexibility, balance, coordination, strength building, mobilising the spine, working on posture, alignment, fine and gross motor skills and of course well-being too. 

 I provide friendly, motivating and fun private and open sessions, in person and online, which will focus on your needs.

All children’s sessions are based on the Animals Move book, 25 Pilates exercises adapted for children and taught through beautifully illustrated animal movements.
